Ryan L. - Posture and Back Pain

My name is Ryan and I'm a 30 year old video editor who runs my own business in NYC. I've been working with Stephen for roughly two months

Before seeing Stephen, I was suffering from upper back pain from years of bad posture. I was unable to walk for more than 20 minutes without my back tightening up and becoming painful enough where I would need to sit or lay down.

Stephen has taught me a number of exercises that have targeted specific muscles that had been inactive for years. I literally have discovered muscles I didn't know existed. Along with this, Stephen has also helped me with breathing exercises that have helped me deal with stress.

I'm honestly not sure where I would be today if I hadn't had Stephen's help to regain proper posture. I imagine I would be significantly more stressed and unhappy than I am now since I'm not experiencing back pain.

Being able to simply walk down the street and not feel frustrated and stressed because my back is constantly hurting has been an indescribable relief. I've been able to be more active than I have been in the past which has just made me feel so much happier.

I would say anyone who is looking for a trainer, whether your goal is weight loss or injury recovery, should consider working with Stephen. Aside from his training expertise, he also just has a fun, down to earth personality which makes it very enjoyable to train with him.
